Star Disability & Medical Services is NDIS and Community Nursing service provider. We deliver support services for people with disabilities who wish to live independently within their community
We have houses in Canberra, Darwin and Perth ready to take on participants who may require short-term or Supported Independent Living.
We have 24/7 support in the houses to achieve goals and help access the community at large as well as access to health.

Our
Services
Our Registered Nurses can undertake a health assessment to help determine your care needs. This can be done as part of a Government funded package or privately.
Once completed, the health assessment can be used to help you to decide what services you may need to maintain your independence and ensure that you can continue to live at home with the help you need.
